3. Conclusion of Contract

Product displays on our website constitute non-binding promotional catalogues and do not represent legally binding offers. A valid sales contract is formally concluded only after:

Kara Korum sends an official order confirmation email to the customer’s registered email address

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without explanation in special circumstances, including abnormal orders, false information, suspected fraud, stock shortages, or system errors.

4. Product Information & Pricing

All product descriptions, pictures, sizes, and parameters on the website are for reference only. Slight visual differences caused by lighting, shooting angles, screen resolution, natural wood texture, or manual production processes do not constitute product defects.

All displayed prices are final prices including statutory German VAT. No hidden fees, service charges, or additional handling fees will be charged during payment, delivery, or after-sales procedures. In case of obvious system pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct prices or cancel abnormal orders even after payment confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

Customers shall complete full payment through our authorized official payment channels before shipment. We support mainstream EU secure payment methods. All payment transactions comply with the EU PSD2 Payment Services Directive and German financial supervision regulations.

Kara Korum does not store any sensitive bank card or payment data. All payment information is processed and protected by certified third-party financial service providers. Failure to complete payment in a timely manner will result in automatic order cancellation.

6. Delivery & Shipping Terms

We deliver products to the shipping address confirmed in your order. Delivery time is for reference only and may be slightly delayed due to logistics peak periods, weather conditions, customs inspection, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and damage of goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the designated shipping address or handover to the logistics carrier. Customers shall inspect the goods immediately after receipt. Any visible damage or missing parts must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours after delivery.

7. Statutory Right of Cancellation & Return

In accordance with EU and German consumer protection laws, customers enjoy an unconditional 14-day cooling-off period to cancel the contract or return goods without providing any reason. The cooling-off period starts from the date the customer obtains physical possession of the products.

8. Retention of Title

All delivered products remain the legal property of Kara Korum until full payment is completely settled. Before full payment completion, customers are not allowed to resell, mortgage, lease, or dispose of the goods for commercial purposes.

9. Warranty & After-Sales Service

All furniture products enjoy the 2-year statutory warranty period stipulated by EU and German law. Within the warranty period, for quality problems occurring under normal household use, we provide free repair, replacement, or refund services in accordance with legal provisions.

Warranty services do not cover damage caused by improper assembly, artificial collision, unauthorized modification, improper use, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts.

10. User Obligations & Prohibited Behaviors

When using our website and services, users shall comply with all applicable EU and German laws and undertake not to:

Maliciously place bulk orders, reject normal delivery, or abuse return and refund rights

14. Liability Limitation

Kara Korum shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. We shall not be liable for indirect losses, profit losses, or incidental damages arising from customer improper operation, improper use of products, or third-party reasons. This limitation complies with German consumer protection mandatory provisions.
